  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, User Research, and executive leadership to accelerate execution and product iteration.
  • Contribute to evolving data science best practices, technical standards, and a culture of strong analytical ownership across the organization.
  • Support the growth of AI/ML product capabilities through continuous experimentation, measurement, and optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience leveraging data analysis to influence product development, strategic decisions, and measurable business outcomes within technology environments.
  • Strong experience working on AI/ML-driven products, data-informed experimentation, or intelligent product ecosystems.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis or scripting tools.
  • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation methodologies, regression models, decision trees, and related analytical techniques.
  • Ability to provide meaningful recommendations and insights in early-stage or 0→1 product environments, even with limited datasets.
  • Proven track record of independently driving projects and proactively engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with experience translating technical insights into business impact.
  • Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, fast-evolving, and ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with SaaS products, AI product development, or startup environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent prioritization and strategic thinking capabilities.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with salary aligned to experience and geographic location.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within eligible U.S. locations.
  • Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and machine learning product innovation.
  • Collaborative, startup-style environment with high visibility and influence on product direction.
  • Exposure to cross-functional leadership and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving AI-first organization.
  • Flexible and dynamic work culture focused on experimentation, ownership, and impact.
  • Opportunity to work alongside highly experienced product, engineering, and data science teams.
