Bartender (Fine Dining Restaurant)

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Bartenders to join an elite restaurant operation.

This role is ideal for culinary enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand luxury standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.

• Take and process drink orders efficiently while providing recommendations and upselling specialty beverages.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Stay updated on beverage trends, cocktails, and menu offerings.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Bartender in a Fine Dining or High-End restaurant, Michelin-starred establishment, or a signature restaurant within a 5-star luxury hotel; with knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and premium beverage service.

• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and hospitality standards.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Professional appearance with a polished service attitude aligned with luxury standards.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset, even under pressure.
