You will work closely with engineering, construction, and project delivery teams to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how advanced software solutions can improve efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to solution presentations and deal closing. The position offers strong exposure to cutting-edge technologies used across the infrastructure lifecycle, including project management, digital construction, and cloud-based collaboration tools. Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business growth and expand existing customer relationships by promoting project delivery and construction software solutions across assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns, virtual events, and outcome-focused demonstrations to engage prospective clients and generate pipeline growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including executives, project leaders, engineers, and contractors.
  • Prospect and identify new opportunities using digital sales tools, social media platforms, and direct outreach strategies.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems while ensuring accurate reporting and sales process adherence.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate technical value propositions tailored to customer business objectives and operational needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success, proposal development, and solution alignment.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain a strong understanding of software offerings, support policies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience within an engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical software sales environment.
  • Familiarity with project delivery and construction solutions such as SYNCHRO 4D, ProjectWise, Procore, Primavera P6, Navisworks, Bexel Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using CRM and lead generation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate business value clearly.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset with interest in digital infrastructure and construction technologies.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, home-based work environment within the United States.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with industry-leading infrastructure and construction technology solutions.
  • Inclusive and collaborative company culture focused on innovation and professional growth.
  • Career development opportunities within a globally recognized software organization.
  • Flexible work environment with limited travel requirements.
  • Supportive wellbeing, inclusion, and employee resource initiatives.
  • Opportunity to contribute to projects that support more sustainable, connected, and resilient infrastructure worldwide.
