You will help shape impactful food and beverage solutions while building lasting partnerships with key operators and stakeholders. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and present innovative menu concepts and operational solutions aligned with current foodservice trends and customer business goals.
  • Analyze customer menus and recommend product applications, menu enhancements, and operational efficiencies using a broad portfolio of food and beverage solutions.
  • Lead customer-facing culinary presentations, including research, recipe development, storytelling, logistics coordination, and live execution.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with national account customers through consultative culinary support and value-driven engagement.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, commercial development, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver impactful customer solutions.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and strengthen existing customer partnerships.
  • Utilize industry insights, consumer trends, and market intelligence to create relevant and differentiated food concepts.
  • Track sales performance, account activities, and customer engagement through internal systems and reporting tools.
  • Share culinary best practices and collaborate with peers to continuously improve customer experiences and team performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the restaurant or foodservice industry, with experience in culinary sales strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a culinary role within a food manufacturing, foodservice solutions, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of back-of-house restaurant operations, culinary techniques, and food manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and operational best practices.
  • Familiarity with foodservice industry trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage customers through compelling culinary storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new business opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as required for customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to working across cross-functional teams.
