✨ What You’ll Do

As our BDC Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and digital presence customers meet first. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be right in the mix:

• Connect with warm leads through calls, texts, emails, and chats
• Schedule appointments and guide customers through the early stages of their buying journey
• Follow up proactively to keep customers excited, informed, and engaged
• Work closely with sales managers to support store goals and deliver a standout guest experience
• Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in our CRM
• Bring positive energy to the team every single day
