  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across content, audience insights, brand, product, communications, and fundraising to ensure cohesive campaign execution and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and launch to optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Establish KPIs and lead ongoing testing initiatives, including A/B testing and audience experimentation, to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify untapped audience opportunities, competitive positioning strategies, and emerging digital trends to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture centered on creativity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven success driving audience engagement across audio, podcasting, web, video, social media, and digital subscription products.
  • Strong expertise in audience lifecycle management, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience executing data-driven campaigns with measurable performance outcomes and optimization initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, digital product growth, and subscription or membership-based business models.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Agile mindset with experience adapting campaigns and strategies based on real-time performance data and audience behaviors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Experience within mission-driven, nonprofit, media, or public-facing organizations is considered an advantage.
Benefits:

  • Flexible remote-first work environment with the option for hybrid or on-site collaboration.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
