Site Supervisor- Unarmed Security in Rockingham, North Carolina at North State Security Group LLC

North State Security Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site in Rockingham, NC. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site security personnel, ensuring compliance with client expectations and company policies, and maintaining a safe environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Supervise and support on-site security personnel and daily operations
-Monitor client activities and client property
-Perform routine wellness checks and conduct patrol tours of client property
-Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies promptly and professionally
-Use tactful verbal communication and de-escalation techniques when necessary
-Obtain statements, interview, write reports, and observe and document information
-Create a sense of security by staying vigilant and attentive to surroundings

Additional Expectations:
-Willingness to cover shifts outside of normal hours when needed
-Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

Qualifications:
-Prior security experience required
-Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
-Ability to pass all background checks and company hiring requirements
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-Strong communication skills, reliability, and punctuality
-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
