As our presence expands in the DFW Metroplex, we’re actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative multi-specialty team. This team includes PCPs, Psychiatrists, Neurologists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, all supported by skilled medical assistants and an exceptional administrative team. Each team member has a role to support the physician. This enables our physician to focus on direct patient care and medical treatment management.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary Care Physician at Salience Health, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive, patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements: Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Valid medical license in the state of Texas.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
