• Conduct comprehensive, structured technical interviews tailored to each candidate’s background, experience, and relevant ServiceNow modules.
• Evaluate candidates on ServiceNow platform proficiency, scripting capabilities, integration knowledge, technical judgment, and real-world problem-solving skills.
• Assess expertise across ServiceNow areas including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and platform development, based on the requirements of each assessment.
• Apply and continuously refine structured evaluation frameworks to ensure assessments are consistent, rigorous, and aligned with technical requirements.
• Prepare detailed written assessment reports and candidate ratings, ensuring feedback is clear, objective, evidence-based, and suitable for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Validate claimed ServiceNow certifications and help ensure the integrity and accuracy of candidate profiles.
• Translate assessment results into defined candidate skill tiers to support strategic hiring and talent-selection decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc technical evaluations for candidates sourced through external partners when required.
• Share practical insights that help stakeholders understand candidates’ strengths, development areas, and overall technical suitability.
• Develop and update internal training and reference materials that help non-technical teams build foundational ServiceNow knowledge.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling candidate information, assessment methodologies, technical materials, and sensitive business data.
• Complete evaluations independently while meeting agreed turnaround times and maintaining consistently high professional standards.

• 15+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, gained through implementation, consulting, architecture, or other senior technical roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform scripting, including Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and ServiceNow integration patterns.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration approaches.
• Prior experience interviewing, mentoring, evaluating, or technically assessing ServiceNow professionals.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, development practices, and platform capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, structured, and unbiased technical assessments.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to distinguish practical technical expertise from theoretical knowledge.
• Ability to design and conduct rigorous technical interviews using scenario-based and competency-focused questioning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when validating certifications and assessing candidate claims.
