Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and activities
- Medication management
- Periodic assessment
- Companionship
- Light meal preparation
Requirements & Skills:
- Current and valid CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification
- At least 6 months of Home Care experience
- Driver’s License
- Experienced driver with a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
