Accountabilities
  • Partner closely with the Talent Manager and Hiring Managers to coordinate and streamline interview, recruitment, offer, and onboarding processes.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage all related logistics accurately and efficiently across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Own key elements of the candidate experience, ensuring candidates receive timely, clear, professional, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use recruitment tools, data, and structured processes to guide candidates smoothly through each stage of the hiring journey.
  • Support Talent Managers with job creation, offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment-related activities.

  • Build productive relationships with recruiting colleagues, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners.
  • Support the standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
  • Develop creative and scalable sourcing approaches to strengthen talent pipelines across multiple functions and roles.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates, particularly passive talent.
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
  • Review and screen resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and potential fit against role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with the Talent Manager to develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, implement process enhancements, and support change management initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in recruiting coordination and sourcing within a global organization.
  • Experience working in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and HR technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS platforms, interview scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing solutions.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities, solve problems independently, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where responsibilities and priorities may evolve.
  • Creative, curious, flexible, meticulous, and thoughtful approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
  • Objective and constructive approach to resolving conflicts and finding productive solutions with internal partners.
  • Genuine interest in process improvement and enhancing the experience of both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Experience introducing or supporting innovative recruitment process improvements and change management initiatives.
