EKG Technician in Anniston, Alabama at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center

Assists in managing the EEG/EKG department’s daily operations and, as directed by the physician, performs standard and complex electroencephalographic recordings, according to established standards and practice. Also performs EKGs.

Performs a variety of EKG procedures.
Processes and maintains studies for interpretation.
Maintains equipment and follows proper safety procedures.
Organizes work area.
Responds to emergency situations per guidelines

High school diploma or GED is required.

Must have BLS/CPR by the American Heart Association.
