This isn't a script-reading, box-checking role. You'll be the voice and face of our brand, working across phone, email, chat, and eCommerce platforms to make sure every customer walks away satisfied.

What You'll Do
- Own the customer experience — handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with warmth and professionalism
- Keep orders moving — process and manage orders across our POS and eCommerce systems with accuracy
- Communicate proactively — give customers clear answers on shipping, delays, and policies before they have to ask
- Solve real problems — partner with shipping, sales, and carriers to resolve issues and coordinate deliveries/returns
- Handle returns with care — make the process smooth and stress-free for customers
- Keep things organized — accurate data entry, clean workspace, reliable follow-through

What You Bring:
- A knack for clear, friendly communication (written and verbal)
- Comfort multitasking across multiple screens and systems
- A calm, solution-focused approach under pressure
- Attention to detail — the little things matter to you
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical support experience with consumer electronics is preferred, including the ability to troubleshoot products, resolve technical issues, and assist customers with setup and operation (preferred, not required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred, not required)
