  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system integration capabilities.

  • Familiarity with object-oriented design principles is desirable.

  • Experience with PLCopen standards and related tools is a plus.

  • Experience with object-oriented industrial programming in TwinCAT, CODESYS, or comparable environments is advantageous.

  • Background in industrial software modernization, digital transformation, or automotive environments is a plus.

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international environments.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across international and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work from Brazil within a globally distributed LATAM environment.

  • Opportunity to contribute to large-scale industrial automation modernization and transformation projects.

  • Collaboration with international engineering professionals and industry specialists.

  • Exposure to modern industrial automation technologies, software architecture, and engineering best practices.

  • Professional growth through complex migration, re-engineering, and system integration initiatives.

  • Flexible collaboration within distributed international teams.

  • Inclusive and respectful working environment with equal opportunities for diverse backgrounds and experiences.
