Position: Custodial Assistant Supervisor

Status: Full time

Hours: 4:30pm-12:30am

Days: Monday – Friday

We manage more than two hundred commercial properties and eighty-five residential complexes throughout the state, with over 15 million square feet of real estate under our care and thousands of tenants and owners served.

Position Summary:

This position will assist the Custodial Supervisors with daily inspections of various commercial buildings, provide training for newly hired custodians, help fill in when necessary, and ensure that equipment and supplies are available for each account, report maintenance issues on the property, and amount other tasks. The job requires frequent written and verbal communication as well as travel within the areas assigned to supervise.

Responsibilities:

Train employees and fill out training forms.

Make sure the cleaner provides quality cleaning service, make corrections if necessary.

Coach employees who do not meet standards.

Make sure accounts have equipment and supplies. Drop off supplies if needed.

Fill in for peers as needed.

Keep track on weekly, biweekly, and monthly tasks completed on each building.

Submit inspection forms to the Custodial Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Must have a valid driver's license.

2+ years of general custodial experience (required)

Reliable vehicle for work (reimbursement for milage)

Technical Requirements:

Ability to use a tablet & smartphone.

Ability to text & use email.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to bend over multiple times.

Ability to crouch.

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Ability to handle cleaning equipment.

Ability to drive at night.

Background Check Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check.

Must have a clean driving record.
