- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date

- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs

- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing processes accurately

- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency with reservation and property management software
