CENP Victim Notification Analyst in Washington, District of Columbia at Dynamis

The CENP Victim Notification Analyst provides daily strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the Child Exploitation Notification Program (CENP) Coordinator. This role requires strong subject matter knowledge of the notification of child exploitation victims, careful attention to sensitive material, and the judgment to liaise with a wide range of internal and external partners. Top-Secret clearance is required.

Location: FBI Headquarters, Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the CENP Coordinator
  
• Develop subject matter knowledge on the notification of child exploitation victims as related to federal legal statutes, AGGVWA, and Victim Services PG, applying it within VNS, Sentinel, and CENPTS
  
• Create and maintain SOPs of CENP analyst duties and/or program processes
  
• Provide training, support, and guidance to other CENP analysts and VNS analysts
  
• Serve as gatekeeper of CENP public-facing shared mailboxes; maintain documentation of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  
• Liaise with internal and external partners (law enforcement, attorneys, VSPs, NCMEC, private legal representatives, EOUSA, CEOS, etc.) to facilitate information sharing
  
• Review and quality-check incoming child sexual abuse material (CSAM) series/victim data from NCMEC, law enforcement points of contact, and VSPs
  
• Review and quality-check incoming Notification Preference Forms (NPFs) and Documentation of Victim Notification Efforts (VNE); track and report statistics
  
• Create and modify series/victim/alternate contact records in CENPTS and VNS; document and report changes via the global update process
  
• Generate and track Sentinel leads to request victim information and/or NPF collection
  
• Generate, disseminate, and track Victim Information Reports (VIRs) to the FBI and approved external federal partners
  
• Compile data for VSPs alerting them to action needed for victims approaching the age of majority
  
• Conduct internal audits and compare datasets across systems to identify and resolve gaps and inconsistencies

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Top Secret security clearance
  
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (four years of relevant professional experience may substitute)
  
• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment
  
• One year of experience using MS Word and MS Outlook
  
• One year of experience using MS Excel, including spreadsheet creation, data entry/auto-fill, sorting/filtering/freezing panes, worksheet management, Text-to-Columns, and the Concatenate function
  
• One year of experience using MS SharePoint in a professional work environment
• Program and project management experience
• Ability to coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings and conference calls with internal and external customers
• Experience creating and giving formal presentations
• Ability to work effectively with others and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight

Preferred:

• Experience and proficiency building and updating Microsoft SharePoint sites in a professional work environment
• Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement, victim services, or a comparable case-management environment

Salary range: $70,000 - 80,000 annually

The salary range for this position represents the anticipated hiring range. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and potential contract funding.
