Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to financial and insurance products.
- Assist customers in understanding their accounts, policies, claims, and billing inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of customer concerns until resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records and support continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance targets and contribute to process enhancements.
