Process Server - Calhoun County in Grantsville City, West Virginia at Provest LLC

Job Description

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in West Virginia (WV).

Applicants must reside in West Virginia, preferably near Calhoun County.

• West Virginia residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments.
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

You will have a dedicated ProVest liaison for support. Training and support on ProVest's mobile applications and reporting requirements will be provided.
