As an Operations Caretaker you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the organization, hygiene, safety, and overall satisfaction of our partner restaurants within our facility.

About the Function:

• Play an essential role in keeping the operation flowing with excellence.

• Focus: Supporting the daily operation of the dark kitchen, commercial kitchen routines, and the partners' experience.

• Environment: Practical and hands-on performance within an efficient and well-maintained operation.

What you will do:

Unit Maintenance and Conservation:

• Support operational building janitorial activities, basic inspections, and minor repairs.

• Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs in equipment, structures, and common areas.

Operation and Sanitation Support:

• Ensure the cleaning, organization, and conservation of the dark kitchen's operational areas and structures.

• Assist in the cleaning of equipment and common areas of the operation.

Customer Experience and Partners:

• Provide friendly and agile support to partner restaurants and users of the operation.

• Support in the resolution of everyday operational demands.

Security and Compliance:

• Strictly follow safety protocols, hygiene, good practices, and food health standards.

• Control the movement of people and spaces, ensure the ordinance and follow the rules of the internal regulations.

• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate maintenance or organization needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience: Experience in operations, janitorial, industrial cuisine, facilities or hospitality is a differential.

• Technical knowledge: Commitment to safety, hygiene, and operational quality; ease of working in dynamic environments.

• Behavioral profile: Organization, proactivity, attention to detail, and ease of working as a team.
