Project Manager, Temporary

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager, Temporary based in the United States.

This role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-impact digital and social media campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project timelines, ensuring that creative assets, deliverables, and client expectations are aligned and executed on schedule.
The position requires close collaboration with creative, strategy, and client service teams to support the successful delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives.
You will oversee project tracking, asset management, and workflow organization across multiple concurrent campaigns.
The role involves active participation in client discussions, internal coordination, and real-time problem-solving to keep projects on track.
You will play a key role in ensuring quality control, brand consistency, and timely execution of campaign deliverables.
This is a highly organized, detail-oriented position in a dynamic, deadline-driven digital media environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines, campaign schedules, and delivery milestones across multiple digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure campaign objectives are clearly communicated and executed effectively.
  • Track project progress using project management tools, ensuring tasks are completed, reviewed, and closed out accurately and on time.
  • Participate in client meetings, status calls, and brainstorming sessions to align expectations and support campaign development.
  • Provide accurate estimates and support planning for smaller-scale projects and deliverables.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including downloading, labeling, and uploading video and photo files according to specifications.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, campaign direction, and quality standards.
  • Monitor workload priorities and adjust schedules to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced agency, media, or digital production environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
  • Experience using project management tools and workflows to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing creative assets and campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with occasional evening or weekend availability.
  • Basic understanding of digital media production workflows (video, photo, and content asset management).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
