ICMS is seeking a Production Control Clerk (Administrative Assistant) to provide administrative support during Core Coverage Hours, to act as a central point of contact to handle incoming service requests and manage Work Orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receipt, recording, and distributing customer service requests and Work Orders utilizing IBM Maximo 7.6, (NCMMS) or most current version.
- Records information, such as name, location, article to be repaired or service to be rendered, prepares Work Orders and distributes them to service crew(s).
- Dispatches Work Orders, ensures satisfactory performance of the service and relays special instructions to service crews and other departments.
- Compiles and records production data from customer service requests, prepares work tickets, manages asset information, and records worker production.
- Develops and generates preventive-predictive maintenance schedules, updates asset records, dispatches preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to workers for accomplishment, and records completion times and labor hours.
- Provides administrative support during Core Coverage Hours, to act as a central point of contact to handle incoming service requests and manage Work Orders.
- Handles communications and dispatch for various services, customer complaints, and inquiries from tenants located at the covered facilities.
- Receives and tracks service requests and records in the NCMMS database.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of documented experience working in production control operations.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google G Suite platforms.
· Possess computer skills to include basic knowledge sufficient to complete internet searches and prepare/edit documents utilizing word processing or spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Must meet federal government security clearance standards, requiring at least a Public Trust background investigation.
Security Clearance:
It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards. Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.
