This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution within a fast-scaling, mission-driven healthcare environment. You will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that directly enable operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation across the organization. Acting as a key driver of execution, you will align engineering, product, operations, and quality teams around high-impact initiatives. The work is deeply data-driven, with strong emphasis on leveraging AI to improve delivery speed, decision-making, and program visibility. You will operate in a highly regulated 503A/503B environment where precision, governance, and scalability are critical. This is a high-ownership role where your programs directly influence patient access, business growth, and enterprise-wide modernization.

Accountabilities:

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream technical programs, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technical execution, and regulatory requirements while driving measurable outcomes in a high-growth environment. You will leverage AI-enabled tools and data insights to enhance planning, forecasting, execution transparency, and delivery efficiency.

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and business teams, using data-driven insights and AI-supported analysis to surface risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures, and execution cadences to ensure program visibility, accountability, and predictable delivery outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively using predictive signals, trend analysis, and structured escalation paths.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable architecture and implementation plans, supporting AI and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Optimize resource allocation, delivery workflows, and cross-team dependencies using structured planning and performance analytics.
  • Define success metrics and continuously improve program execution through automation, process refinement, and operational excellence practices.
Requirements:

You bring deep experience leading large-scale technical programs in complex, fast-moving environments, with a strong ability to connect strategy to execution. You combine structured program management expertise with technical fluency and a strong orientation toward data, AI-enabled decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud-based systems, and modern infrastructure and data platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI or advanced analytics into program delivery, reporting, or operational workflows.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive execution in regulated or high-compliance environments.
  • High proficiency in program management methodologies, with strong analytical thinking and execution discipline.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company support
  • Wellness programs and employee health benefits
  • Access to specialized healthcare-related perks and services (including compounded medications and IV therapy benefits)
  • Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and internal mobility
  • Exposure to high-impact, mission-driven projects in a rapidly scaling environment
  • Collaborative, innovation-focused culture emphasizing learning and continuous improvement.
