This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Programmatic B2B based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of programmatic strategy, hands-on campaign execution, and client partnership within a fast-moving B2B performance marketing environment.
You will lead the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns across multiple enterprise accounts, ensuring strong performance and measurable business impact.
The position plays a key role in shaping B2B audience strategies, including account-based marketing, multi-stakeholder targeting, and complex buying journeys.
You will collaborate closely with analytics, strategy, and media teams to connect media performance to pipeline outcomes such as MQLs, SQLs, and revenue influence.
The role also involves contributing to new business pitches, helping define scalable best practices, and supporting the evolution of advanced programmatic capabilities.
You will act as a subject matter expert across data, platforms, and emerging ad tech solutions, helping both clients and internal teams improve programmatic maturity.
This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role where strategic thinking and operational excellence are equally important.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing B2B programmatic initiatives that directly support client growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute B2B programmatic strategies aligned with business goals such as lead quality, pipeline acceleration, and account penetration.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across display, video, native, and ABM-driven activations.
  • Optimize audience targeting using firmographic, technographic, and intent-based signals in collaboration with partners such as Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase, and LiveRamp.
  • Partner with platform teams including The Trade Desk, Google Marketing Platform DV360, and StackAdapt to maximize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to connect media performance to CRM and pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, ROI, and velocity).
  • Support new business development through insights, case studies, and programmatic recommendations.
  • Ensure financial discipline through pacing, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Share thought leadership on B2B programmatic trends, privacy changes, and audience strategy evolution.
Requirements:

This role requires strong hands-on programmatic expertise combined with a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and data-driven decision-making.

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns in an agency, DSP, or ad tech environment, ideally with B2B or enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles, including account-based marketing, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, Google Marketing Platform DV360, or StackAdapt.
  • Familiarity with ad serving and analytics tools such as Campaign Manager 360 and platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with B2B intelligence and CRM ecosystems such as 6sense or Bombora.
  • Ability to translate complex programmatic data into clear, actionable business insights for clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across media, strategy, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in evolving areas such as ad tech innovation, privacy regulation, and audience intelligence.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling options
  • Unlimited PTO and extended winter holiday break
  • 100% paid parental leave
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, pet, and disability insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility (within eligible U.S. states)
  • Annual wellness and lifestyle credits (including ClassPass and similar perks)
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture with opportunities for in-person connection in select office hubs
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $84,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
