Position Title: Clinic Nurse Manager - Portland

Description

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks an RN Nurse Manager to join the Portland Kidney Center in a full-time, day shift position.

1.0 FTE Monday through Friday 0800-1700

Purpose
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the dialysis facility for both day and evening shifts. This position assists the Clinical Director in the delivery of quality dialysis care to our patients, implementation of cost-effective, innovative, high-quality dialysis services, monitoring budgets within established guidelines, performance appraisals and coaching and counseling staff for delivery of quality health care. Dialysis experience is not required.

Shift:Full-time, 40 hours/week, Exempt, On-site

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Arts degree in Nursing
  • Current Oregon State Registered Nurse license
  • A minimum of 1-year dialysis healthcare experience within the last 3 years required.
  • American Heart Association BLS

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
  • Prior management experience or charge nurse experience
