Summary:
Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and plant systems while supporting preventive maintenance programs and continuous manufacturing operations. This position is available on 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and Weekend PM Shift.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, You Will:

• Repair production equipment and plant equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Execute line and equipment changeovers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Support fabrication, welding, and equipment repair projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures during production and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
• Maintain safe work practices while supporting manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, and preventive maintenance preferred.
• Proven safety record and strong work ethic.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
