Analista de Redes

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Redes based in Brazil.

This is a remote opportunity for a technology professional focused on network operations, customer support, and service quality.
You will provide technical and corporate support while helping ensure efficient communication and reliable service delivery.
The role combines real-time operational monitoring, customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and data analysis.
You will also contribute to knowledge sharing by supporting the coordination team and helping develop colleagues and operational routines.
A strong focus on communication, service quality, and continuous improvement will be essential to your success.
The position offers exposure to networking concepts, IT infrastructure, and customer-facing technology operations.
It is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and growing their technical expertise.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide high-quality corporate support to internal and external customers through phone, email, and other available communication channels.
  • Assist customers with technical questions, operational requests, and day-to-day support needs.
  • Support the coordination team with operational activities and more complex customer or technical demands.
  • Act as a knowledge multiplier by sharing expertise and supporting the training and development of team members.
  • Help develop and improve team routines, processes, and support practices.
  • Conduct customer service quality monitoring across chat and telephone interactions.
  • Evaluate communication quality, efficiency, and adherence to expected service standards.
  • Monitor service queues in real time and identify operational bottlenecks or emerging issues.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improving service efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues and coordination teams when dealing with more complex day-to-day situations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving customer service and technical support operations.
  • Document relevant issues, solutions, and operational knowledge to support consistent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Previous professional experience in user support or a similar customer-facing IT environment.
  • Solid knowledge of IT hardware and software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including formal communication through email and telephone.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to delivering a high-quality support experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor operational information and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and handling day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Good organization and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic support environment.
  • Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), or a related field is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with fiber-optic structures and/or radio networks is a plus.
  • Interest in developing technical knowledge in networking and IT infrastructure.
  • Availability to work under a full-time employment model.
