PART-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

University Health is seeking a part-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support our HR team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced Human Resources environment.

PART-TIME SCHEDULE: 29 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY–FRIDAY

In this role, you will provide administrative support for a variety of Employee Relations activities, including scheduling hearings, processing subpoena requests, data entry, responding to unemployment claims, assisting employees, and supporting HR projects. This position handles confidential information and requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. College coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred. One or more years of Human Resources experience or demonstrated knowledge of HR functions, Excel, and operations is preferred.
