This is a high-impact commercial role within a fast-growing revenue intelligence and sales engagement environment, where data, AI, and customer relationships come together to transform how modern revenue teams operate. You will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships within existing enterprise and mid-market customers, helping them maximize value from a leading SaaS platform. The role blends consultative selling, account expansion, and renewal ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with internal sales, product, and solutions teams, you will play a central role in delivering measurable customer success. This is a remote-first position offering significant ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to directly influence company growth and customer outcomes.
- Own and grow strategic customer relationships: Manage day-to-day engagement with existing enterprise and mid-market accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring long-term partnership success.
- Drive revenue expansion and renewals: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while consistently meeting and exceeding assigned revenue targets and quota expectations.
- Execute full account lifecycle management: Lead forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and execution to ensure predictable revenue outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver value through consultative engagement: Educate customers on product capabilities, run tailored demos and presentations, and position solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support deal execution, onboarding, and account growth initiatives.
- Monitor account health and performance: Track customer usage, engagement, and success metrics to proactively address risks and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Stay market-informed: Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs to inform strategy and positioning.
This role requires a highly motivated, commercially driven relationship-builder with strong SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of managing and growing complex accounts. Candidates should bring 3+ years of experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, with demonstrated success in revenue expansion and quota achievement. Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives is essential, along with the ability to run end-to-end sales cycles in SMB or mid-market segments.
- Proven experience in SaaS account management, renewals, or enterprise sales with consistent overachievement of targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and value-based presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage full sales cycles, including forecasting, negotiation, and closing expansion deals
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills with a consultative mindset
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong business acumen with a customer-first, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with SaaS sales tools and CRM platforms
- Competitive base salary range: $51,000 – $87,000 USD, plus performance-based variable compensation
