- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions, including data exploration, model development, batch inference pipelines, performance metrics, and production implementations.
- Build foundational AI development tools and frameworks that support scalable machine learning initiatives across the organization.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured machine learning workflows and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with data operations teams to define data ingestion, preparation, governance, and curation processes for large-scale datasets.
- Lead and coordinate projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Develop standards, best practices, and deployment processes for machine learning models and analytics solutions.
- Create data-driven insights and visualization capabilities that improve accessibility and decision-making for internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their practicality, scalability, and business value.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of innovative AI solutions.
- Maintain high-quality software development practices, including version control, documentation, testing, and code reusability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience developing and deploying machine learning models and data science solutions in production environments.
- Proven ability to work on exploratory and emerging technology initiatives while balancing innovation with practical implementation considerations.
- Experience with large-scale data processing, machine learning workflows, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings, recommendations, and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments where priorities and project directions may evolve.
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability when working on experimental initiatives that may not always result in production deployment.
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams and disciplines.

- Competitive salary ranging from $153,200 to $183,800 USD, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
