Group AI Transformation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Group AI Transformation Manager based in the United States.

This is a high-impact transformation role responsible for accelerating AI adoption across multiple business units within a global organization.
You will act as the strategic bridge between enterprise AI strategy and real-world execution, ensuring that AI initiatives move quickly from concept to measurable business value.
The role focuses on driving change, removing adoption barriers, and enabling teams to successfully embed AI into products, workflows, and customer-facing solutions.
You will partner closely with senior leaders, AI champions, and technical centers of excellence to prioritize use cases and scale successful deployments.
A strong emphasis is placed on organizational change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and structured transformation delivery across diverse teams.
This position offers significant exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how AI is adopted and scaled across a multi-business-unit environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain a group-wide AI transformation roadmap aligned with business unit priorities, maturity levels, and strategic objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases using structured frameworks based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Drive AI adoption across business units by removing execution barriers and accelerating the path from pilot to production deployment.
  • Lead AI pilot design, execution, and scaling efforts, ensuring successful initiatives are replicated across multiple business units.
  • Partner with AI Champions and business leaders to assess readiness, close capability gaps, and support AI literacy development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment on AI transformation goals.
  • Own the AI adoption scorecard, tracking maturity, value realization, deployment progress, and overall transformation impact.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to executive leadership on progress, risks, and strategic decisions related to AI adoption.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, consulting, digital strategy, or enterprise program leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives across multiple business units or functions.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale technology adoption (hands-on AI experience is a plus).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear execution plans.
  • Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) or transformation methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior transformation leadership roles.
  • Fully remote flexibility within the United States, with opportunities for domestic and international travel.
  • High-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and group-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale AI adoption across multiple business units in a global organization.
  • Dynamic, innovation-driven environment focused on emerging technologies and operational transformation.
  • Strong potential for career growth within a rapidly evolving AI and digital transformation landscape.
