This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven M&A professional who thrives in relationship-led, deal-intensive environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and maintain acquisition criteria and target geographies aligned with long-term corporate growth strategy.
  • Develop and continuously refine a data-driven view of priority markets, including ranking and updating high-value regions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a proprietary M&A pipeline through targeted sourcing and strategic market engagement.
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable acquisition targets and prioritization frameworks.
  • Conduct in-market and desktop research, leveraging competitive intelligence, operator insights, and market analysis to refine deal opportunities.
  • Engage directly with high-potential acquisition targets and cultivate long-term relationships with business owners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, bankers, and intermediaries to generate proprietary deal flow and strengthen market positioning.
  • Own the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, structuring, LOI development, diligence coordination, and final recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Serve as the primary external point of contact throughout the M&A lifecycle while supporting executive decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development within the healthcare sector (home health and hospice experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in deal sourcing, execution, and end-to-end M&A transaction management.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to executive, operational, and external audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer contribution and additional pension benefits.
  • Paid time off including 15 vacation days, increasing with tenure, plus paid holidays and personal days.
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).
  • Educational assistance programs with tuition discounts for selected courses.
  • Exposure to high-impact M&A transactions within a growing healthcare organization.
  • Strong professional development opportunities in corporate strategy and deal execution.
