Under direct supervision, performs a wide variety of professional or vocational level of nursing duties for patients served in the clinical specialty and age ranges within specific unit.
Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Successful completion of an accredited school of nursing or school of vocational nursing
Experience:
- N/A
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- GN/GVN license with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
- Required within thirty (30) days of start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Required within thirty (30) days of start date
- GN/GVN license with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
