Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in troubleshooting, configuring software applications, web services, and system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, and related infrastructure tools.
  • Experience with system and network monitoring tools, performance analysis, and incident management processes.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server administration and enterprise application environments.
  • Experience supporting healthcare systems or interface technologies such as HL7 or similar integration frameworks is a plus.
  • AWS certification (SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner) or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and ability to respond effectively under pressure.
Benefits:
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote, on-site, or hybrid options.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-impact healthcare technology environment.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior cloud engineering expertise.
  • Exposure to advanced cloud infrastructure and healthcare system integrations.
  • Professional development opportunities in cloud technologies and certifications.
  • Supportive, collaborative environment working with global technical teams.
  • Meaningful work contributing to healthcare innovation and improved patient outcomes.
