What is my role?

The Samples Assistant position that will require the individual to work on location in Cypress, CA. This position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. This position is designed to help the licensing team by providing crucial support in managing TOP samples.

What You'll Do

Taking photos of sample items

Pulling samples as necessary

Processing samples in licensor portals and internal systems

Preparing samples for shipment, accurately and timely

Other administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Customer service experience helpful

Strong attention to detail
