Join a high-impact treasury team in a strategic role focused on shaping and scaling global foreign exchange and investment operations. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys building programs from the ground up, improving financial infrastructure, and influencing enterprise-wide risk management. You will play a critical role in optimizing liquidity, managing currency exposure, supporting debt obligations, and driving treasury transformation initiatives. Working closely with Accounting, FP&A, and external financial partners, you will help establish best practices, enhance reporting capabilities, and implement systems that support a growing international business. This position offers significant visibility, ownership, and the chance to make a lasting impact on global financial operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end foreign exchange hedging program, including exposure analysis, trade execution, settlement activities, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop FX forecasting, reporting, and risk management processes to improve visibility and reduce exposure across global operations.
  • Optimize global cash management and liquidity strategies, including cash positioning, intercompany funding, and short-term investment activities.
  • Support debt portfolio administration, including interest payments, covenant monitoring, interest rate hedging, and compliance reporting.
  • Establish and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls related to investments, foreign exchange, settlements, and reconciliations.
  • Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to forecast interest-related expenses and support month-end financial close activities.
  • Prepare executive-level reports on liquidity, investment performance, foreign exchange exposure, hedge effectiveness, and debt compliance.
  • Drive treasury technology initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, automation projects, and process optimization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of treasury experience with direct responsibility for FX trading, currency risk management, and short-term investments.
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange accounting, hedge accounting principles, FX revaluation, and financial statement impacts.
  • Experience working within multinational organizations managing multiple entities, currencies, and international operations.
  • Solid knowledge of FX derivatives, money markets, treasury management systems, and electronic trading platforms.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, implement controls, and develop treasury programs in evolving environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include MBA, CFA, or CPA credentials.
  • Experience with NetSuite, treasury system implementations, intercompany netting structures, and cross-border funding strategies is highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Competitive total compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Salary range based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • 12 paid holidays plus additional company-wide wellness days.
  • Paid parental leave, including enhanced benefits for birthing parents.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one.
  • Employee Assistance Program with mental health resources, therapy support, and wellness tools.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy assistance programs.
  • Tax-advantaged healthcare, dependent care, and commuter spending accounts.
  • Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental insurance options.
  • Paid volunteer hours and community engagement opportunities.
  • Continuous learning resources, professional development programs, mentoring, workshops, and annual learning events.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
