  • Produce advanced technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and testing documentation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in application design, development methodologies, and database best practices
  • Provide technical consulting on complex projects, including application enhancements and new module design
  • Mentor and guide less experienced application designers, supporting their technical growth and performance
Requirements

This position requires extensive experience in application design and development, along with strong leadership capabilities and deep technical expertise in enterprise environments, ideally within healthcare systems.

  • 9+ years of experience in application, web, and product design across the full development lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience working with Medicaid and Medicare-related technologies (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, programming languages, operating systems, and web application development
  • Solid understanding of application development methodologies, policies, and lifecycle governance
  • Experience analyzing technical feasibility, costs, and budgets for large-scale system initiatives
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills in technical environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage developers, clients, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions
Benefits
  • Fully remote work opportunity across the United States
  • Competitive salary range ($100,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Generous flexible vacation and paid time off policies
