Job Description

Partner Programs Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Programs Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, growth marketing, and program strategy, focused on turning high-value external relationships into scalable member acquisition channels. You will own the activation and ongoing performance of key partner programs across Military, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, and Fire & Rescue communities. The position blends relationship management with campaign design, requiring a strong ability to build trust while also thinking in systems, playbooks, and repeatable growth motions. You will develop and optimize multi-channel activation strategies that help partners consistently engage their audiences and drive measurable participation. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you will translate partner potential into structured, scalable campaigns that deliver sustained growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments where experimentation, execution, and performance measurement go hand in hand.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with strategic and long-tail partners, ensuring strong engagement and long-term collaboration.
  • Design and execute end-to-end partner activation campaigns, including tailored strategies for top-tier accounts and scalable playbooks for broader partner groups.
  • Drive ongoing engagement within partner organizations through campaigns, outreach programs, events, email initiatives, and referral-based activation strategies.
  • Own performance tracking and reporting for partner-driven growth, identifying key trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for improved ROI.
  • Develop repeatable systems and scalable campaign frameworks that enable consistent execution across multiple partner segments.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop assets, refine messaging, and ensure smooth campaign execution across channels.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate content creation, improve campaign testing, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize activation strategies based on performance insights and partner feedback to maximize growth impact.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or account/account management roles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong external partner relationships while identifying new activation opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or partner programs simultaneously in a scalable, structured way.
  • Strong ability to design repeatable marketing or activation playbooks rather than relying solely on one-off initiatives.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, sales, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, evaluating performance, and optimizing growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for content creation, planning, or workflow optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with audience-based partnerships (e.g., Military, Healthcare, Public Safety sectors) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on measurable outcomes.
Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities and annual merit increases
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and eligible dependents
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) options
  • Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions
  • Generous paid parental leave (up to 15 weeks for eligible employees)
  • Fully remote work within the Continental United States
  • Flexible work environment with structured collaboration hours
  • Annual performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities
  • Work-life flexibility and employee-focused programs supporting well-being and growth
