Senior Manager, GTMA Analysis and Compliance

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, GTMA Analysis and Compliance in Canada.

This leadership role sits at the core of global go-to-market operations, combining system analysis, Salesforce ecosystem governance, and compliance oversight across revenue processes. You will lead a distributed team responsible for ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and SOX compliance within complex Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue workflows. The position plays a key role in shaping scalable GTM processes, improving system health, and enabling AI-driven transformation across sales operations. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders in Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and Internal Audit to standardize processes and strengthen governance. The environment is fast-paced, highly analytical, and deeply cross-functional, with strong exposure to strategic decision-making. Your impact will directly influence revenue efficiency, compliance maturity, and the modernization of global GTM systems.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of analysts, Salesforce experts, and business system specialists supporting GTM analysis and compliance operations.
  • Define vision, strategy, and operational frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, and best practices for scalable analysis and governance functions.
  • Oversee SOX compliance programs as a core operational function, integrating controls into development and release processes across systems.
  • Drive standardization of GTM processes and influence senior leadership on transformation initiatives and system optimization strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants to support system analysis, compliance, and operational enhancements.
  • Ensure platform health and data governance across Salesforce and related GTM technologies, including automation and reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, including leadership of multi-disciplinary or global teams.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and GTM automation tools, with experience in systems like Conga, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving process transformation and operational scaling.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and governance frameworks in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to translate complex problems into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills at executive level.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus eligibility and potential equity participation.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Generous paid time off, parental leave, and wellness-focused benefits.
  • Retirement savings programs with employer contributions (where applicable).
  • Flexible remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities.
  • Professional development support, including learning tools, certifications, and career growth resources.
  • Exposure to advanced AI-driven GTM transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale systems.
