JOB SUMMARY: Functions under the supervision of the RN in a cooperative effort with the health care team to assist in providing a variety of patient care related duties. Maintains the standards of nursing care for all patients and implements the policies and procedures of the unit, Hospital and Nursing Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• GNA / CNA Licensure
• CPR card from AHA
• Basic computer skills; Synquest; Medical terminology; Hoyer lift; Communication devices; Specialty beds; Automatic B/P cuff
