Lead Registered Dental Assistant

Your Responsibilities
including, but not limited to:

  • Lead the flow and support the dental assistant team
  • Train and coach assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality care
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures
  • Take dental impressions and digital scans (iTero preferred)
  • Oversee and perform sterilization of instruments per OSHA/HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth daily operations
  • Welcome and prepare patients for procedures
  • Manage supply inventory and place orders

Who You Are

  • Licensed in Texas (required)
  • 1+ year experience in a Lead RDA role
  • Proven success mentoring and developing dental assistants
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Patient-focused, compassionate, and adaptable
  • A people-first leader who leads with empathy and accountability
  • Adaptable and energized by a lively, collaborative environment
