Your Responsibilities
including, but not limited to:
- Lead the flow and support the dental assistant team
- Train and coach assistants to maintain consistent, high-quality care
- Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures
- Take dental impressions and digital scans (iTero preferred)
- Oversee and perform sterilization of instruments per OSHA/HIPAA standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth daily operations
- Welcome and prepare patients for procedures
- Manage supply inventory and place orders
Who You Are
- Licensed in Texas (required)
- 1+ year experience in a Lead RDA role
- Proven success mentoring and developing dental assistants
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Patient-focused, compassionate, and adaptable
- A people-first leader who leads with empathy and accountability
