This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of data science, HR analytics, and strategic workforce planning, driving high-impact insights that shape organizational effectiveness. You will transform complex, global people data into clear, executive-ready narratives that inform decisions on engagement, retention, and talent strategy. The role plays a key part in building a data-driven culture by enabling leaders across HR and the business to access actionable intelligence. You will lead advanced analytics initiatives, design scalable listening strategies, and help define how workforce insights are captured, interpreted, and used across the organization. A strong emphasis is placed on storytelling, predictive analytics, and building trusted data foundations across multiple systems. This is a highly visible, globally connected role that influences senior stakeholders and drives measurable improvements in organizational health.
The Sr. Data Insights & Analytics Lead is responsible for driving advanced workforce analytics, delivering strategic insights, and enabling data-informed decision-making across global HR and business functions.
- Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives focused on retention, engagement, productivity, and workforce optimization
- Own and evolve the global employee listening strategy, including annual and pulse survey programs across the employee lifecycle
- Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and visual storytelling outputs
- Partner with HRIS and data engineering teams to build and maintain a unified, governed “single source of truth” for people analytics
- Design and deliver advanced Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics solutions for HR and business leaders
- Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics using SQL, Python, or R to uncover workforce trends and insights
- Integrate AI and machine learning approaches to improve analysis of structured and unstructured people data
- Coach HRBPs and COE teams on data interpretation, insights adoption, and data-driven decision-making
- Act as a strategic advisor, challenging assumptions and guiding leadership on organizational health and workforce strategy
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies, tools, and storytelling approaches
This role requires deep expertise in people analytics, strong technical capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
- 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field
- Strong background in organizational data such as turnover, recruiting, DEI, and employee engagement metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for building executive-level dashboards and visualizations
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and text analytics
- Experience designing and managing large-scale employee listening or survey programs
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration across multiple systems
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into compelling executive narratives and insights
- Experience influencing and advising senior leadership and cross-functional global stakeholders
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to operate independently in complex, matrixed environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral discipline (or equivalent experience)
