This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Health Systems Manager in the United States.

Join a leading organization in the medical diagnostics space where you will play a strategic role in driving growth across complex health system accounts. In this position, you will own and expand high-value partnerships with integrated delivery networks, hospital systems, and clinical organizations. You will engage senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives and functional leaders, to develop long-term commercial strategies and ensure adoption of diagnostic solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes. This role combines strategic account management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional leadership in a highly matrixed environment. You will collaborate closely with regional sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives and strengthen market presence. Ideal for a senior sales professional with deep healthcare expertise, this role offers significant influence over enterprise-level relationships and revenue growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across health systems, including C-suite executives and leaders in lab operations, supply chain, contracting, and clinical services.
  • Identify, develop, and expand new and existing health system opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic account plans aligned with regional and corporate sales objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on diagnostic solutions, market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging healthcare technologies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (quarterly and semi-annual) with health system stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with internal sales operations, finance, and contracting teams.
  • Drive health system rollout strategies for new products, platforms, and initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor account performance, contract compliance, and revenue outcomes, providing regular pipeline and forecast updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional sales directors and account executives to support execution of health system strategies at regional and local levels.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including account activity, pipeline updates, strategic plans, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics, laboratory services, or key account management roles.
  • Proven success in managing and growing complex health system or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong experience negotiating contracts and developing strategic pricing and commercial agreements.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, laboratory diagnostics, and hospital purchasing structures.
  • Experience working with distribution partners and/or group purchasing organizations (GPOs) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial models, and contract performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% as required.
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Opportunities for performance-based incentives and revenue-related bonuses.
  • Remote flexibility with extensive field-based client engagement.
  • Career growth opportunities within a global diagnostics organization.
  • Exposure to high-impact strategic accounts within the healthcare system ecosystem.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional working environment with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise-level healthcare partnerships and long-term growth strategies.
