- Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with internal sales operations, finance, and contracting teams.
- Drive health system rollout strategies for new products, platforms, and initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor account performance, contract compliance, and revenue outcomes, providing regular pipeline and forecast updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with regional sales directors and account executives to support execution of health system strategies at regional and local levels.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including account activity, pipeline updates, strategic plans, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in healthcare sales, diagnostics, laboratory services, or key account management roles.
- Proven success in managing and growing complex health system or enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong experience negotiating contracts and developing strategic pricing and commercial agreements.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, laboratory diagnostics, and hospital purchasing structures.
- Experience working with distribution partners and/or group purchasing organizations (GPOs) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial models, and contract performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 65% as required.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Opportunities for performance-based incentives and revenue-related bonuses.
- Remote flexibility with extensive field-based client engagement.
- Career growth opportunities within a global diagnostics organization.
- Exposure to high-impact strategic accounts within the healthcare system ecosystem.
- Collaborative, cross-functional working environment with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
