Working remotely, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to the success of organizations making a difference in their communities.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and contribute to comprehensive digital fundraising and marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, donor journeys, messaging frameworks, creative direction, channel selection, and performance benchmarks.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans with clearly defined KPIs, testing roadmaps, and measurable success criteria.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, overseeing planning, production, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage campaign administration, including project setup, tracking systems, reporting infrastructure, and coordination of campaign assets.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports, transforming campaign data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure all deliverables align with strategic objectives, brand standards, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate client meetings, present strategic recommendations, communicate campaign results, and maintain strong consultative relationships.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, fundraising best practices, platform capabilities, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital campaign management, digital project management, or related roles within a marketing agency, consulting environment, or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven experience executing digital fundraising, direct response, or performance marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, digital advertising, web development, and audience targeting.
  • Experience creating and managing digital campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, donation forms, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, develop reporting dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM, fundraising, and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Marketing Suite, Campaign Monitor, or similar tools.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or comparable systems.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI or Looker Studio, is highly desirable.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to present strategies, influence stakeholders, and build trusted relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit, mission-driven, advocacy, or faith-based organizations is advantageous.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the continental United States.
  • Optional access to a physical office environment for those who prefer a hybrid experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness coverage.
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, purpose-driven campaigns that generate measurable impact.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture with experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, clients, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Professional growth opportunities through strategic ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Flexible work environment designed to support productivity and work-life balance.
