This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, search innovation, and large-scale platform optimization, focusing on accelerating top-of-funnel user acquisition through organic discovery. You will lead high-impact SEO and machine translation initiatives that help millions of users discover relevant content across a vast, community-driven ecosystem. The scope is highly technical, involving large-scale systems, structured data, and search ecosystem dynamics. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, and cross-functional growth teams to shape discovery experiences. The environment is fast-moving, AI-forward, and deeply data-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation and scalability. This is a unique opportunity to influence how users worldwide find and engage with content through search engines and emerging AI discovery surfaces.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy for organic growth, with a primary focus on SEO and discovery optimization across a large-scale platform.
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking SEO strategy that significantly improves top-of-funnel acquisition and global user growth.
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawl efficiency, internal linking structures, schema markup, and index health optimization.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Growth teams to embed SEO best practices into product and infrastructure decisions.
  • Design and optimize user journeys that convert search-driven visitors into engaged and retained users by improving onboarding and content discovery flows.
  • Build frameworks for structured data, content signals, and entity authority to improve discoverability in both traditional search engines and AI/LLM-driven environments.
  • Support the evolution of machine translation systems to expand global accessibility and content reach.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong foundational understanding of the SEO ecosystem, including ranking systems, indexing behavior, and organic growth mechanics.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO at scale (site architecture, programmatic SEO, structured data, crawl optimization, and performance tuning).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work across engineering, analytics, and product teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
  • Ability to independently drive execution across the full product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Equity participation in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) and potential performance-based incentives.
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid volunteer time off.
  • Generous paid parental leave and family planning support.
  • Mental health, wellness, and coaching benefits.
  • Gender-affirming care and inclusive healthcare support.
  • Global employee support programs, including professional development, caregiving resources, and workspace flexibility.
  • Competitive base salary range: $217,000 – $303,900 USD, depending on experience and location.
