This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Administrator/Developer based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of platform administration and hands-on development, ensuring Salesforce remains a reliable, scalable, and high-performing backbone for business operations. You will support and enhance a complex Salesforce ecosystem spanning Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement, while also contributing to custom development and system integrations. The position requires close collaboration with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, improving automation, and enabling seamless cross-cloud workflows that directly support revenue and customer success. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will also build Apex-based solutions, Lightning components, and API integrations that extend platform capabilities. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role where platform quality, scalability, and user experience are central to success.
- Manage Salesforce platform administration, including user access, permissions, licenses, security, and data governance to ensure a scalable and secure environment.
- Deliver declarative enhancements, automation, and process improvements to support evolving business requirements and operational efficiency.
- Configure and optimize Service Cloud and Experience Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, macros, and self-service portals.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components to extend platform functionality.
- Design and implement secure REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems or third-party tools.
- Support Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) configurations, including journey orchestration and data flows where applicable.
- Ensure high data quality through governance practices, migrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and improvements.
- Design SLA frameworks, escalation workflows, and entitlement processes to strengthen operational reliability.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong hands-on platform expertise.
- 1+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, and sharing mechanisms.
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL and strong relational database design skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related ecosystem tools.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and system connectivity.
- Familiarity with DevOps, release management, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or SSO configuration is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD1/PD2, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) are highly desirable.
