### ETERNA MANAGEMENT, LLC**JOB DESCRIPTION**Job Title: **Production Manager**Department: Production OperationsReports To: Director of Operations / General ManagerClassification: Full-Time | ExemptLocation: Santa Ana, CA**POSITION SUMMARY**The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of daily production operations at Eterna Management, LLC. This role ensures that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and applicable California regulations. The Production Manager leads and develops production staff, manages workflow and scheduling, and collaborates cross-functionally with Quality Control, Warehouse, and 3PL teams to maintain seamless operations.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Production OperationsPlan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery timelines.Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to address changing priorities, staffing levels, or supply chain conditions.Ensure all production processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety protocols.Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment; coordinate with maintenance staff to minimize downtime.Track and report key production metrics including throughput, efficiency, waste, and downtime.Team Leadership & Workforce ManagementDirectly supervise production leads, line workers, and temporary/contract staff; provide clear direction, feedback, and performance coaching.Collaborate with HR to support hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and workforce planning.Conduct regular shift roll calls and team huddles to communicate priorities and address concerns.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the production floor.Maintain accurate attendance, timekeeping, and performance records in coordination with HR.Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnforce Cal/OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies; conduct regular safety inspections and incident investigations.Work closely with the Quality Control department to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain product integrity.Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing production environments.Participate in internal and external audits as required.Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with Warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure materials availability and on-time product fulfillment.Partner with management to develop and implement production improvement initiatives.Communicate production status, issues, and opportunities to leadership through regular reporting.Support new product launches, process changes, and special projects as directed.**QUALIFICATIONS**Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in production or manufacturing management.Proven track record of managing production teams in a fast-paced environment.Experience in 3PL, warehousing, or consumer goods production environments a plus.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and lean manufacturing principles.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or production management software preferred.Knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand, walk, and be on the production floor for extended periods.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Must be able to work in varying temperature environments (warehouse/production floor conditions).May be required to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on production demand.**EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER**Eterna Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
