The position plays a key role in shaping how data is structured, governed, and delivered across the organization to enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the Solutions Architect ensures that data platforms are stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. The role also drives the transition toward modern data architecture patterns, including data lake integration and enhanced cloud-based analytics capabilities. This is a highly collaborative and influential role that bridges business strategy with technical execution in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure data and analytics solutions align with evolving business requirements and priorities.

  • Design and support data ingestion strategies for modern data lake architectures using ETL tools, flat file processing, and integration frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, including documentation of data sources, transformations, and reporting logic.
  • Promote self-service BI adoption and visualization best practices across the organization using OAC and Power BI platforms.
  • Manage user access, security, and provisioning for analytics platforms, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance.
  • Support data quality processes including validation, cleansing, and ETL optimization to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, deliver enhancements, and support reporting needs.
  • Participate in SDLC processes, project planning, and Agile ceremonies while ensuring timely communication of status updates and risks.
  • Contribute to dashboard development, report creation, and migration efforts including the “lift and shift” of legacy OAC content into Power BI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data architecture roles covering design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise analytics solutions.
  • Strong experience with relational databases, data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and flat file data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics platforms, reporting frameworks, and enterprise BI architectures.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and explain analytical insights in simple terms.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define priorities, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with data lake concepts and emerging modern data warehouse architectures.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic project management principles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and additional voluntary benefit options.
  • Immediate eligibility for 401(k) with employer matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off including 80 hours (10 days) of company holidays annually.
  • Adoption benefits and family support programs.
  • Inclusive work environment with equal opportunity employment practices.
