Accountabilities:

Contribute to financial oversight including project performance, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency
Promote industry thought leadership through engagement with emerging technologies, AI, and modern engineering practices

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technical leadership roles within complex, distributed, and enterprise-scale environments.

15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, ideally in consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation environments
Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices
Proven experience leading solution design, pre-sales, and client-facing technical discussions
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience leading senior engineering teams and driving technical excellence at scale
Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and negotiation skills across executive-level interactions
Hands-on exposure to AI systems, databases, and modern software engineering ecosystems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative mindset aligned with business outcomes
Experience working in globally distributed or remote-first environments (preferred)
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
