This role sits at the core of a high-growth, technology-driven marketplace, responsible for shaping and scaling the communication infrastructure that connects users, partners, and internal teams. You will own the systems that power voice, SMS, routing, logging, and workflow automation across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless, reliable, and scalable communication flows. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, you will translate complex business needs into clear system requirements and measurable outcomes. The role requires strong systems thinking to identify inefficiencies, eliminate manual processes, and improve data quality across integrated tools and APIs. You will play a critical role in defining how communication data moves through the organization and how it is used to drive better decisions and performance. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences operational efficiency, user experience, and business growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve core communication systems including voice, SMS, routing, logging, consent, attribution, and follow-up workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Translate ambiguous operational and business challenges into clear product requirements, technical specifications, MVP definitions, and measurable success criteria.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to design and optimize APIs, backend systems, data flows, and third-party integrations.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual processes, improve system reliability, and enhance data accuracy and visibility.
  • Define and track key product and system health metrics to ensure communication infrastructure performs as intended at scale.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, prototyping, and product execution workflows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on technical products, platforms, integrations, or complex systems.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, backend systems, data flows, and engineering trade-offs.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling operational systems or transforming manual workflows into automated solutions.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand how tools, data, and processes interconnect.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including PRDs, product specs, and decision-making documentation.
  • Ability to define success metrics and connect system performance to business outcomes such as revenue, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Experience with communication platforms or related systems (e.g., Twilio, Kixie, Five9) or partner/lead routing systems is highly desirable.
  • AI-native mindset with active use of AI tools to enhance product development and execution.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in real estate, fintech, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 including bonus and equity.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 18 days of PTO plus 10 paid holidays, with additional time off based on tenure.
  • Annual professional development budget to support continuous learning and growth.
  • Paid sabbaticals recognizing long-term contributions and tenure milestones.
  • Remote-first work environment with a home office stipend.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support.
  • Paid parental leave ranging from 6 to 12 weeks.
  • Wellness benefits including mental health support and meditation resources.
  • Access to exclusive homeownership-related employee benefits.
